Nacogdoches County Warrant RecordsNacogdoches County Warrant Records

Use the court or agency that holds the record. That is the right start. The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office handles its law-enforcement and custody records, while the District Clerk and County Clerk maintain separate court records. Municipal and JP clerks answer for their own cases. This private reference cannot confirm a warrant, accept payment, or arrange an appearance. For your own status, share the case number through an official office route and ask which next step applies. Call before visiting because public hours and procedures can change.

This is not a government or law-enforcement office. Nacogdoches County Warrant Records is privately operated. It cannot verify, recall, or clear a warrant, post bond, accept payment, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court or the public office that holds the record.

Where to Request Official Records

Choose the route by record type. No public countywide active-warrant database or Sheriff warrant-search phone line was located. NCSO publishes a custody roster and a curated Most Wanted page; the issuing court remains the source for warrant status.

  • County public-information request: use the Nacogdoches County request form for records held by the county. Describe a specific record and date range; the form does not show a current fee or processing estimate.

For a municipal citation, call the court named on the ticket. For a county JP case, call its assigned precinct. For a court file, the issuing clerk controls access; a Sheriff request may not return a court record. For a public copy rather than status advice, ask the office what record exists and whether any portion is restricted.

Before making a payment, ask whether it counts as a plea or conviction and whether an appearance is still required. A call does not automatically satisfy a court date. Use an attorney for legal advice about a specific case.
